Summary: One of the best 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at: excellent service to help us book taxis / translate as we don’t speak Korean and top-tier amenities for saunas, pools, gyms with many racks to support my health needs! Not to mention the breakfast was so goooood as it is a Michelin restaurant… Will definitely come back!

Summary: Staying on the executive floor give you access to exquisite food that you will not find in any other hotel executive lounge. You don’t even have to go to dinner at night after attending happy hour in the lounge. Everything is so elegant and the staff is so attentive. Best executive lounge ever!!!

Summary: Room was spotless and I loved everything about it. The bedding is probably THE BEST I've come across while traveling so far. All the hotel staff were so kind and helpful, it was the best service I've ever experienced at a hotel so far. The bakery on the first floor has amazing pastries, and the dinner buffet at Parkview was amazing. Every time I visit Korea, there's always so many foods I want to try but eating here really fulfills that. All the dishes were amazing. The only downside to the hotel is that it's up on a hill, and there's nothing really close by walking distance (convenience store, activities, etc), especially in the colder seasons. I look forward to visiting again!
